If you are looking to replace the rubber on your stock rims then go with
a 205/60-15 instead of the 195/65-15.  Almost identicle rolling diameter
and more rubber on the ground (no rubbing problems).  For a 16 inch rim
go 205/55-16 and on a 17 inch rim go 215/45-17.
