Where's the adjuster ?

How do I adjust the tension on the A/C compressor V-belt ? The car is an
86 spider .

While installing an oil pan guard , I found the belt upsidedown , loose ,
and practically round in cross section . I guess that's why it wasn't
getting very cold.
