My first Milano was a silver edition, and you are correct, that model did not 
include fog lights.  However, I did in fact have (check book mechanic alert!) 
my dealer  installed the optional Alfa lights & relay/switches.  Looked and 
functioned factory.
I'm assuming you can do the same.
