If I remember correctly, this hot list is based on a scale that is determined 
by a ratio.  Thefts are ranked by how many stolen/how many sold.  With only 
900 sold, doesn't take too many stolen to rank pretty high, 'specially 
against a model that might sell 1/2 million or so.
