116 to 105 engine

I have a question: will a 116 engine fit a 105 car? I have done some 
research and spotted the following items that need to be swapped:

1. the oil pump or just the suction pipe
2. the oil pan 
3. the engine mounts
4. the crankshaft, the gearshaft needs a hole
5. the water pump, the rev cable
6. the flywheel

Anything else?
