71 - 74 Spider register

Does anyone know what is happening with the 71-74 Spider register?  I
filled out the information asked for some time ago, and it has not been
posted.  I have noticed that the number of cars on the list is not
rising.  I have tried to email the list directly, but have had no reply. 
Has this gone inactive?
