Looking for Inezione Badge

All,

A friend of mine is wrapping up a restoration of a '76 Spider and is
in need on a new or near-new "Inezione" badge.  

Unfortunately her regular sources, (IAP, Ricambi, DiFatta)  do not have it.
Anyone out there know where one could be gotten?
