1974 Alfa Romeo GTV 2000 

Original red color from bare metal paint restoration in 1995. Have pictures to
show no rust on bare metal, or that car was in any accidents. Texas car.
65,000 original miles. Last year of  production. Strong drive train and
suspension. Four wheel disc brakes.  All original black interior, only the
bottom half of the drivers seat is torn. Stainless steel bumpers. Pirelli
P-500 tires. 5-speed. A/C.   All aluminum 2 liter engine. Twin cam. Mechanical
fuel injection. Hemi-head.  7 qt. oil pan.  4:56 rear end gearing with posi.
Sodium-filled valves. Dual timing chain. Forged crank. Domed Pistons. Burns no
oil. Hard to find this model in as clean and original shape as this one.
Though a popular car for racing,  this one has never been raced. Have all
original paper work to document car's history. I am the third owner. Original
owner had it until 1980, second owner had it until 1990. I purchased it in
Dec, 1990 from the second owner who was a Blackhawks hockey  player and seldom
drove it. The only thing it needs is; A/C compressor is frozen up, driver's
seat is torn on lower half, very minor bubbling from rust or moisture in three
areas about the size of a cigarette. The areas are the very top of the rear
wheel well, the rocker panel near the front on each side. The car in bare
metal does not show evidence of any rust problem in these areas, so it could
be paint bubbling ??  The rest of the car...including the floor pans are not
rusted at all. All body panels are original. The wheels are the stock version
from 1974.
