My 1988 Milano Platinum did indeed come with a first aid fit that is in the
compartment on the rear shelf.  It is contained within a gray plastic case.
Across the front of the case is a large white label with red lettering that
states "Emergency Aid Kit" across the middle of the label.  Below that is a
list of the contents of the kit, a red cross is in the upper left corner,
and the Alfa badge is in the upper right corner.
